Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use

Effective 14 October 2026. Last updated 13 October 2026. These rules protect people, infrastructure and the legitimate use of Sely.

01

Prohibited content and destinations

  • Phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware or deceptive downloads
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or manipulation of platform safeguards
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or content that unlawfully endangers minors
  • Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing or incitement to violence
  • Illegal goods, services or instructions where prohibited by applicable law
  • Impersonation, fraud, misleading claims or infringement of intellectual-property rights
  • Content designed to evade another service’s enforcement or conceal a prohibited destination

02

Prohibited technical activity

  • Testing systems or accounts without permission
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits or bot controls
  • Automated traffic intended to falsify analytics or degrade service
  • Reselling access in a way that compromises account or visitor security
  • Using redirects, QR codes or routing rules to obscure a changing harmful destination

03

Enforcement

We may block a destination, disable a route, preserve relevant records, limit features or suspend an account based on automated signals, reports, legal requests or review. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination. We may notify affected users when appropriate and lawful.

04

Reporting and appeal

Use Report Abuse for harmful URLs. If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact account@sely.co with the route, account email and relevant evidence. Do not create replacement routes to bypass a restriction while review is pending.

06

Automation and volume

Automated use must respect published limits and must not manufacture clicks, scans, signups or other activity. Scraping, probing, credential attacks, abusive account creation and traffic intended to exhaust Sely resources are prohibited.

07

Enforcement is contextual

Automated signals can be wrong and reports can be incomplete, so Sely may combine technical indicators, user reports and review before acting. Urgent security or legal risk can require immediate restriction before a full review is complete.
