Trust & Safety
Report a harmful Sely link.
Send the complete URL and a factual explanation. Reports enter Sely’s private owner-review queue.
Secure report
Submit the URL
Email is optional. Without an email we cannot contact you for clarification or send an outcome. A successful submission shows a report reference to keep; there is no public case-status page.
01
Before submitting
- Use the complete Sely or destination URL.
- Choose the category that best matches the concern.
- Explain what happened and include non-sensitive evidence.
- Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents or unrelated personal data.
02
What happens next
We review reports in context and may restrict a route, preserve evidence, request more information or dismiss reports that are incomplete or unsupported. Submission does not guarantee removal and does not replace contacting emergency services or law enforcement when there is immediate danger.
03
Reports we prioritise
- Credential theft, phishing or impersonation
- Malware, deceptive downloads or compromised destinations
- Fraud, scams, spam or deliberate evasion of enforcement
- Threats, targeted harassment, doxxing or unlawful exploitation
- Copyright or other rights concerns supported by enough information to evaluate the claim
04
Evidence that helps
Include the exact Sely URL, the destination you observed, what made the activity harmful, and when you observed it. Screenshots can help when the destination changes quickly. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, identity documents or unrelated personal data.
05
If your link was restricted
Account owners who believe enforcement was mistaken can contact account@sely.co with the route and relevant evidence. Creating replacement links to bypass an active restriction may lead to additional enforcement.
