Effective 14 October 2026. Last updated 13 October 2026. This policy explains how Sportzwiki Media Private Limited (OPC) processes information when you use Sely.
01

03
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies keep sessions, guest usage and security controls working. Optional website analytics may be used according to the consent choices presented on Sely. Link and QR event analytics are part of the service requested by link owners and are separated from public visitor-level reporting.
04
Sharing
Email delivery uses Resend, subscription checkout uses Razorpay when enabled, and optional website analytics uses Google Analytics after consent. We share information with service providers needed to operate Sely, such as hosting, email, analytics and payment providers; with workspace members according to their permissions; during a lawful corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety and comply with law. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
05
Retention
Analytics retention follows the current plan and product limits shown on Sely. Account, billing, security and legal records may be retained longer when needed for service integrity, disputes, tax or legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required.
06
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Providers may process information outside your location under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.
07
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting account@sely.co. We may verify identity and retain information where law or legitimate security needs require it. You can control optional analytics through Sely’s consent interface.
08
Children
Sely is intended for people who can enter a binding service agreement and for authorised business users, not as a service directed at children. A child means a person under the age defined by applicable law. Contact us if you believe information about a child has been collected without the authorisation required by law so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
09
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Privacy questions may be sent to account@sely.co.
10
Scope and roles
This policy covers Sely's own website, accounts, product administration and service analytics. When a Sely customer creates a link, QR code or Page that sends visitors to another website or service, that destination has its own privacy practices.
Customers are responsible for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required for their own campaigns, content, audience collection and downstream tools.
11
Legal bases where applicable
Depending on the law that applies, Sely may process information to perform the service you request, operate and secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate operational interests, or act on consent where consent is the appropriate basis. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics through the available preference controls.
12
Link and QR measurement
A redirect or dynamic QR scan can generate technical request information needed to deliver the route and create analytics. Sely uses privacy-minded identifiers and contextual signals to estimate repeat activity, source, country, device class and bot classification. These measures are approximate and are not intended to establish a person's real-world identity.
13
Account deletion and data requests
Where available, use account controls to manage your data. You may also contact account@sely.co for access, correction or deletion requests. Some billing, security, dispute or legal records may need to be retained after an account closes.
14
No sale of personal information
Sely does not operate by selling personal information as a standalone product. Service providers receive information for functions such as hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, security and support, subject to their roles and applicable agreements. Pseudonymous identifiers and approximate location are not the same as anonymous data; treat exported reports and collected audience information with appropriate care.
