Terms of Service
Effective 14 October 2026. Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Sportzwiki Media Private Limited (OPC) when you access or use Sely.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, actions taken through your account and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

The service
Sely provides link shortening, redirects, QR tools, analytics, pages, routing, workspace and related features. Features, limits and availability may evolve. We may use reasonable safeguards, automated classification and human review to operate the service.

Your content and permissions
You retain rights in content and destinations you submit. You grant Sely the limited worldwide permission needed to host, process, transmit, display and analyse that content to provide, secure and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit it.

Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate, disable or remove routes or accounts that create security, legal, reputational or operational risk, including phishing, malware, spam, impersonation or infringement.

Plans, billing and cancellation
Current prices, limits and billing intervals appear on the Pricing and checkout pages. Taxes and provider fees may apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled where recurring billing is offered. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse an already-started period. The Refund Policy applies.

Analytics
Bot detection, country, device and unique-visitor measures are estimates and can be affected by networks, privacy controls, user agents and third-party systems. Do not treat analytics as guaranteed identity, billing, legal or fraud evidence without independent verification.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep redirects reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, abuse controls and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Keep copies of business-critical destination and campaign data.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sely is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Sely’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Sely during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination
You may stop using Sely at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, security risk or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will handle disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to account@sely.co.

Sely intellectual property
Sely and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, branding and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of Sely technology to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, bypass or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party services
Some Sely workflows can depend on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, analytics providers, messaging systems or destination websites. Their availability, rules and data practices are outside Sely's direct control, and their separate terms may apply.

Feature maturity and plan limits
Sely is an evolving service. A feature can be introduced, changed, limited, deprecated or replaced as the product develops. Current entitlements and limits shown in the product or Pricing page take precedence over older marketing descriptions.

Feedback
If you voluntarily send product ideas or feedback, you allow Sely to use that feedback to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
