Search Sely help

Search links, QR, Pages, creator tools, analytics, workspaces and account security.

02

Understanding analytics

  • Clicks in period follows the selected date range and timezone.
  • Human clicks is a reporting label for events not classified as bots or automated previews. It does not verify that every click came from a person.
  • Approximate unique visitors use a rotating privacy-minded identifier and are not exact people counts.
  • Recent activity starts with 20 events; Load 50 more reveals the remaining event history for the period.
  • CSV export contains the full eligible selected-period history, subject to plan limits.

03

QR codes

  • Static QR codes encode the destination directly and cannot be redirected later.
  • Dynamic QR codes use a Sely route, can be edited and support scan analytics.
  • Always test the downloaded PNG or SVG using more than one scanner before printing at scale.

04

Retention and plans

Free analytics are retained for the period shown in the current plan description. Paid-plan limits and retention are shown on Pricing and inside your account. Plan entitlements may change prospectively; material changes are communicated where required.

Still stuck?

Email account@sely.co. Include a screenshot, browser or device, approximate time, and the Sely URL involved. Never share your password.

06

Sely Pages

  • Create a Page from your signed-in Pages workspace and keep drafts private until you publish.
  • Use blocks for links, social profiles and supported creator or business actions.
  • Preview important changes on mobile before sharing the public Page URL.
  • Availability of commerce, booking, courses and other advanced blocks can depend on your plan and configured providers.

07

Smart Routing

  • Create a fallback destination first so every smart route has a safe default.
  • Add only the device, country or schedule rules the campaign genuinely needs.
  • Use the simulator before launch and re-test after editing a destination.
  • Routing rules should improve relevance, not disguise a misleading or prohibited destination.

08

Team Workspace

  • Use roles instead of shared passwords when several people need access.
  • Keep shared campaign links inside the workspace and personal experiments outside it.
  • Owners control the workspace; Admin, Editor and Viewer access is narrower.
  • A Sely workspace is a shared operating area, not isolated multi-client tenancy.

09

UTM Builder

  • Build UTMs on the destination URL before shortening it.
  • Keep source, medium and campaign naming consistent across the team.
  • Use content or term only when those values will actually be analysed.
  • Presets and recent builder history are browser-local unless the product explicitly says otherwise.

10

Account and security

  • Use a unique password and enable additional account protection when available.
  • Review active sessions if you sign in on a shared or unfamiliar device.
  • Use logout-all controls after suspected account compromise.
  • Never share recovery codes or one-time authentication codes with support.
