A workspace is for shared link operations: the links, members and campaign context that should belong to the team rather than one person's account.
Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles separate administration, creation and read access so collaboration does not require shared credentials.
Keep team campaign links in one workspace so operators do not have to reconstruct ownership from chats or spreadsheets.
Meaningful workspace changes provide context when a link, member or shared resource changes.
Give the people responsible for a campaign access to its performance without exposing unrelated personal work.
Use Sely Workspace when one team needs a controlled shared area. Do not assume it creates fully isolated client environments.
Internal marketing teams, publishers, small agencies and operating groups that need common link ownership.
Invite only people who need ongoing access and review members when responsibilities change.
Do not place confidential client material together unless every workspace member is meant to see it.
Approval workflows, isolated multi-client workspaces and custom-domain administration are not included in the current listed workspace scope.
Business, Agency and Scale include one owned Team Workspace with five seats, including the owner. Active members and pending invitations use seats. Owners manage billing; Admins manage members and links; Editors create and edit links; Viewers read shared links and analytics.
A workspace separates shared links from personal links. It is not a set of isolated client workspaces. Approval workflows and custom-domain management are not included.
